Structural, dielectric and electrical properties of Sol–gel auto-combustion technic of CuFeCr0.5Ni0.5O4 ferrite

The CuFeCr0.5Ni0.5O4 (CFO) compound was synthesized using sol–gel reaction combustion technic. structural analysis showed that the obtained composites have a polycrystalline nature and cubic spinel structure ( $${\text{Fd}}\bar{3}m~$$ space group). Microstructural revealed formation of spherical elongated grains our sample. dielectric electrical transport properties were investigated in detail by Ac impedance spectroscopy wide range temperature (200–400 K) frequency (100 Hz to100KHz). Our results show modulus studies confirm presence relaxation phenomenon with non-Debye type prepared activation energy Edc estimated from slope linear fit plot is equal to 0.158 eV 100 0.126 1 MHz at 200–400 K. Close energies values found analyses time dc conductivity indicating conduction processes may be attributed free carrier charges impurities grain boundaries. process for samples described NSPT model. complex formalism boundaries mechanism contributing properties. real imaginary parts are well-fitted equivalent circuit (Rg + Rgb//CPEgb) we used modeling Nyquist data.
